Financial Policy

Full payment is due at the time of service.  If you have dental insurance our office will file the claim on your behalf and your estimated portion will be collected on the day of service.  Any balance not paid by your insurance company becomes your responsibility. In the event that your insurance reimburses more than we anticipated we will call you to issue the refund.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and Care Credit. We do not accept checks.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
